This painting captures a moment during my solo road trip through Central Australia to Northern Territory for 3 months in 2024. There was no planned itinerary, just a rough idea of where I was heading and quite frequently I did not know where I'll be camping for the night.

It was definitely anxiety inducing but it was moment like this, a gorgeous sunset with red and orange colours diffusing through every element that eye can reach, that reminds me everything will be alright.

I am embarking on this journey of living as an artist and far too often it is riddled with anxiety. I need to remind myself to stay in the moment, things will work out somehow.
